What began as a builder-grade townhome bathroom held the promise of something more, a place where the homeowners could start and end each day with a sense of calm. They loved the curbless shower and transom windows, so our work centered on preserving those elements while creating a space that felt softer, more intentional, and undeniably serene.
Keeping the original layout allowed us to focus on the details that matter. A warm grey vanity grounds the room, while a tailored tub surround and upgraded finishes bring in the quiet luxury they’d been craving. The vanity wall, now tiled to the ceiling and framed with gentle sconce lighting, shifts the entire atmosphere from standard to spa-like.
What emerged is a retreat made for everyday life, a space that feels peaceful in the morning, restorative in the evening, and beautifully tailored to the rhythms of home. The Everyday Escape is a reminder that even the most familiar routines can feel extraordinary when the details are designed with care.
