OUR DESIGN SERVICES

We first schedule a site meeting to collect all the needed information - measurements, existing photos and chat in depth about how you use your space, what your pain points are, what you love about the space and anything you might want to keep.  From that information we will design two concepts to give some different ideas for the space.  These designs will be floor plans and 3D color renderings.  We will review these plans with you and from there make revisions to perfectly  tailor your project to the desired plan.

After the plans are finalized we start the selection of all the materials for the space: cabinetry, appliances, countertops, tile, plumbing & lighting fixtures, everything down to the grout color so all the pressure to create a tailored space is off your shoulders.

CONSTRUCTION

We work hand in hand with contractors and tradespeople to implement the design we have created.  At this time we also begin to order all the specified products for your project such as cabinetry and tile. We also schedule key site visits, including rough electrical and plumbing walk through, tile layout walk through, cabinetry review and hardware placement walk through, countertop & shower glass template, and lighting and mirror placement, to ensure the design is being executed to our specifications. We are there until the project completion to see your beautiful new space.
